Learning More At The Mental Tool Box Workshop

Learn to Say “I am……” whenever possible as it is really powerful.

Set your Goals Out Clearly in a Goal Book

1. Find your life purpose to give you a sense of direction
2. A bee goes straight to a flower, It can never fly in any
other direction but straight so get your goals aligned
just like a Bee is flying.

• Go on your own journey to find out what you are after
(life Purpose)

• Most Important thing is who you become as a person
while you are reaching your goal.

• It is the person you were born to become while you
are heading towards your end result that makes the
journey worthwhile

For your Goal Book

• Purchase a goal book that is 10% more than you can
afford. Why? So that you will treasure the goals more,
and stretch outside your comfort zone.

• Have 2 pages per goal

• When you reach your goals reward yourself with stickers

• Put in your book “This is true…” or “I am achieving this….”
to make it seems like it is happening and it will become
the truth. For example:- Write “I am so happy and glad
now that…” instead of “this is going to happen”.
Otherwise it will never happen….it will always stay
“one day”.

• Describe what your family life is like…..with what you
want it to be now.

• Describe what your spirit life is like….with the frame
mind that it is like that this very moment.

• Describe your Top 3 Goals…..in full detail

What to do each day to make changes in your life:-

• Check your goal book

• Close your eyes for 10-15 mins
1. Relax Body
2. Mantra (include background statements as
if they are true)
3. Imagine a Peaceful scene
4. Change Locations
5. Imagine your goal #1 for 10-15 seconds
6. Imagine your goal #2 for 10-15 seconds
7. Imagine your goal#3 for 10-15 seconds
8. Visualize your goals as already achieved
9. Open your eyes.

• Get on with your day.

The only limitation of the human mind is that it was

Finding The Right Mindset With Paul Blackburn

Tired of living your life with only 50% of your full potential?

Life is a never ending journey, with so much more to learn from
Every moment.

On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday David and I went into Brisbane
To a Mental Toolbox Three day event. We never realised how
Much we would learn over those three days. Our mindset has
Been expanded and opened up to so many wonderful new
transformations.

Here I will share with you a small review of what we learnt from
the Mental Toolbox and from Paul Blackburn and Jason.

• What is the three things you would like to change about
yourself or your life – break it down to just three goals.

1. More Time with my family
2. More money to spend more time with my family
3. Move our business forward every single day.

•Maximise your benefits from learning
•Broken down into three days

1. Friday – Discovery
2. Saturday – Breakthrough
3. Sunday – transformation

• 4 vital things we all need in life:- is wealth, health,
relationships and happiness

1. Paul and Jason explained why you learn more when you are
relaxed. The more relaxed you are the more you will learn.

Here is just a small in sight to what we learnt on Friday (our first
day of three amazing days).

Imagine a big circle – now break it down into three sections

Drawing a line into the circle.

At the top is your Conscious mind —————– 10% of the
time is spent here

In the middle is your subconscious sleep ————– here you
will have the most learning capacity

1. Creativity
2. Intuition
3. Memory.

At the bottom of your circle you will have Unconscious————-
will you be basically in a coma state so will not be learning
anything.

Learning how to tap into your subconscious mind set so you can
change your old programming and live with a new programme to
make your life more successful.

When you are tense you are not going to be taking anything in.
So learning the skill of relaxation so that you can go
from Tense
to
Relax

In a instant.

Relaxation

To tap into your Subconscious mind with relaxation on a daily
Basis will help you to achieve so much more in life.
• Take 15 mins a day to sit and listen to relaxation music
• Close your eyes
• Breathe - longer, slower and deeper
• Relax your body from head to foot
• Mantra – say over and over for about one minute what you
Want from that day.
• Imagine your peaceful scene and take your self there

a. See
b. Hear
c. Smell
d. Taste
e. Touch

• Be determined to put aside that time for your self every single
Day – tell your children it is not O.K. to disturb your time or
Even partners/friends. Do not answer the phone, this is your
Time for you.

Then we went onto learn about personality types.

To find out your Personality type – find a place that does personality tests.

It will reveal why you do what you do throughout your day. There are four
types and you can fall into any four categories – North, South, East, West.

Breaking it down into four types and finding out what you are will determine
your choices for jobs, careers, money, success, lifestyle and so much more.

to see what each personality can and will achieve throughout their lifetime.
It will help you to understand your partner or friend or work mates so that
you can learn to accept each other and grow from each other strengths.

What gives me inspiration?

What gives you inspiration?

I find inspiration every day to keep me focused on my goals.

It can come in many different forms from Books, poems, stories I hear,
People I meet and from music.

Finding Inspiration that helps me to keep my goals on track is really
important to us as a family, and as our dedication to our path to
prosperity.

My number one inspirational poem that I use comes from “The Secret”
DVD and Book. I have placed it on my computer desk in eye view. I am
using this inspirational poem as my dedication to helping other
families to reach their full potential in life.

I would love to share with you what keeps me inspired to help you
achieve your goals. It does not matter in life what you are after,
what matters is staying true to yourself so you can achieve them.

So If it is alright with you here is the poem I use every day to
help keep our path to prosperity goals truth to form:-

The Secret

I promise Myself

To Be So Strong That Nothing can disturb my piece of mind.

To Talk Health, happiness, and prosperity to every person I meet.

To Make all my friends feel that there is something worthwhile in them.

To look at the sunny side of everything and make my optimism come true.

To think only of the best, to work only for the best and to expert
only the best.

To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as I am about
my own.

To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater
achievements of the future.

To wear a cheerful expression at all times and give a smile to every
living creature I meet.

To give so much time to improving myself that I have no time to criticize

and too happy to permit the presence of trouble.
