Interview With A Life Coach
Friday, July 17th, 2009

Recently I had an Interview with a Lifestyle Coach and Mentor…well it really was a email interview as it is easier to interview via email than trying to set a time when I will be home/ and free of kids/ and for when the coach is available!!

Lifestyle Coach and Mentor

I have come to the conclusion that it takes a Mentor to make a program work. IT does not matter which program/system or goal/dream you have. To be successful you need to have a coach to be giving you guidance, homework, set goals and give you a kick up the butt if needed!!

So here is an Interview from one Coach to you guys for free!!!

WARNING:- Please remember that as a adult you can make informed decision and choices. I am not guaranteeing you 100% success from using any particular life coach, just giving you the information so you can decide for yourself if a coach is suitable for your success. I just know what works for our family…

Here is little bit of background from Scott Kennedy before we get into the questions and answer section

Scott Kennedy Lifestyle Coach and Mentor

(Word for word by Scott Kennedy) “Let me start by make a few details clear to you as I believe in total transparency when dealing on a person to person or person’s basis. Our unquestioning consumer mentality these days has more and more people taking products, information and services at face value with really knowing much about the offer.

I have developed my personal Lifestyle Coaching and Mentoring style from a long and varied history
dealing with a range of people and situations from teaching skills to the youth and senior citizens, sports coaching and development and mentoring in business and sports. I‘d like to make it very clear that I have no formal qualifications in the Lifestyle Coaching and Mentoring or Life Coaching and have gained all of my knowledge and experiences from the most wonderful university in the world, the University of Life which is not always the so called qualifications that people want. Having said that, I offer my Coaching and Mentoring skills on face value and leave it to each individual to decide as to whether they implement the information and skills we deal with.

I offer the following to people that are looking to have a personal or business relationship with someone;

Decisions in life regarding other people are based on 3 questions;
1. Do I LIKE them?
2. Do I TRUST them?
3. Do I RESPECT them?
And only you have the answers but remember, all 3 answers must be YES.”

OK, let’s get into the Q&A.

Q1. What Is The Most Important Aspect Of Coaching Others So That They Are Successful?

A. The Mental Game

Simply put, those that can tame the head will get ahead. It would not be news to anyone to say
success starts and ends with the way you think. So often you hear the great successes start with
the decision to embrace success and all that goes with the territory. I often talk to people that
cannot see themselves as successful, as a winner, as a leader or as the best in their field when
they are or quite possibly could be. When I take them through a simple question and answer
process they quickly identify with the one thing that stops most people from succeeding and
that is FEAR.

1. The FEAR of not succeeding.
2. The FEAR that they are not worthy.
3. The FEAR that people might think differently of them.
The FEAR is the one that everyone needs to face, fight and defeat. Some of us do it naturally and
find it very easy, others it is a challenge but one that is necessary when laying a strong
foundation to success.

To be continued next time……

That’s all for now, as I do not want to give you information overload from Scott Kennedy. There will be a lot more questions and answers in the weeks to come…so stay tuned!!

To find out more about Scott Kennedy and what he is offering use the following link

PLEASE NOTE:- I am not getting any money for interviewing Scott, nor for recommending him…I just wanted to give you as much choices as possible for personal life coaching. I have not worked with Scott, but you as an adult can judge for yourself which coach will work for you!!

Check back again to have the next question/answers!!

Cheers to your success

Friends….With Dreams and Goals
Sunday, June 7th, 2009

Friends are hard to find…well the ones who are on the same wave length, are few and far between. When you do find friends that have the Dreams and Goals…..hold onto them and treasure them.

Over the last few years we have shifted our friends……from ones that we used to hang out with and saw on fairly regular basis to now only seeing them when dropping off kids to school and picking them up, or too not seeing them at all.

Life seems to suit what friends we have as we grow and change. Don’t know about you, if this applies to your world. But the more we searched for more out of life, the less we kept in contact with our older friends. But we seemed to find and make a different circle of friends.

Not sure if that is because we no longer thought the way we used to, no longer sat around having a good grip over coffees/teas about what was lacking in our life……to now making sure we take action and achieve our goals.

With our new friends we have developed and changed. Our mindset has opened up, we as a family have changed. Of course we have our down moments, just like everyone has…..(you know those times when you think “Gosh what am I doing?”)…but we have so many more moments of clarity and positive times.
That has helped us to attract like minded people.

People that we will hold close to our hearts because we will treasure them. They understand what our goals and dreams are, because they too have dreams and goals.

I spent a wonderful afternoon with one of our new friends. An interesting lady that shared her life story of all her travels with me, and the amazing people that she has come in contact with over the years. We laughed, we talked, we shared, we exploded the internet. We spent the afternoon exploring how the internet social media works…..and how to use it to the advantage of making your business stand out from the crowd, make money, and how to rank up their on the search engines.

To learn more about our amazing new friend head over to OrangeYoga to find out all about Sabine….who recently taught me through Yoga moves that I have a body full of muscles that have not been used in a long time:)

Cheers to great friends.
When you find ones that are in tune with where your life is going…hold onto them and treasure them as life is better when you have friends!!

Tired of living your life with only 50% of your full potential?

Life is a never ending journey, with so much more to learn from
Every moment.

On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday David and I went into Brisbane
To a Mental Toolbox Three day event. We never realised how
Much we would learn over those three days. Our mindset has
Been expanded and opened up to so many wonderful new
transformations.

Here I will share with you a small review of what we learnt from
the Mental Toolbox and from Paul Blackburn and Jason.

• What is the three things you would like to change about
yourself or your life – break it down to just three goals.

1. More Time with my family
2. More money to spend more time with my family
3. Move our business forward every single day.

•Maximise your benefits from learning
•Broken down into three days

1. Friday – Discovery
2. Saturday – Breakthrough
3. Sunday – transformation

• 4 vital things we all need in life:- is wealth, health,
relationships and happiness

1. Paul and Jason explained why you learn more when you are
relaxed. The more relaxed you are the more you will learn.

Here is just a small in sight to what we learnt on Friday (our first
day of three amazing days).

Imagine a big circle – now break it down into three sections

Drawing a line into the circle.

At the top is your Conscious mind —————– 10% of the
time is spent here

In the middle is your subconscious sleep ————– here you
will have the most learning capacity

1. Creativity
2. Intuition
3. Memory.

At the bottom of your circle you will have Unconscious————-
will you be basically in a coma state so will not be learning
anything.

Learning how to tap into your subconscious mind set so you can
change your old programming and live with a new programme to
make your life more successful.

When you are tense you are not going to be taking anything in.
So learning the skill of relaxation so that you can go
from Tense
to
Relax

In a instant.

Relaxation

To tap into your Subconscious mind with relaxation on a daily
Basis will help you to achieve so much more in life.
• Take 15 mins a day to sit and listen to relaxation music
• Close your eyes
• Breathe - longer, slower and deeper
• Relax your body from head to foot
• Mantra – say over and over for about one minute what you
Want from that day.
• Imagine your peaceful scene and take your self there

a. See
b. Hear
c. Smell
d. Taste
e. Touch

• Be determined to put aside that time for your self every single
Day – tell your children it is not O.K. to disturb your time or
Even partners/friends. Do not answer the phone, this is your
Time for you.

Then we went onto learn about personality types.

To find out your Personality type – find a place that does personality tests.

It will reveal why you do what you do throughout your day. There are four
types and you can fall into any four categories – North, South, East, West.

Breaking it down into four types and finding out what you are will determine
your choices for jobs, careers, money, success, lifestyle and so much more.

So stay tuned for our next blog – where I will be breaking it down for you
to see what each personality can and will achieve throughout their lifetime.
It will help you to understand your partner or friend or work mates so that
you can learn to accept each other and grow from each other strengths.

Thank you for letting me share my learning experience from the mental
tool box weekend work shop. Want to learn more about your mental toolbox
(your mind).

Then stay tuned for more sharing.

Here’s to your success and our love sent your way.
Bye for now
Lisa Wood.

the weekend:)

Do you have time on your hands?

Do you manage time or does time manage you? Our Path to Prosperity
is an ongoing journey. Some days we never seem to have enough
time. Other days we seem to have spent it wisely.

The last few years we have explored many different ways to change
how we spend our time and our life.
It is so easy to fall into the trap of working at a J.O.B to
keep the money coming in. But then we don’t have the time to
experience life.

Finding a balance and change motivated us on Our life to Prosperity
and to our ongoing journey.

The last few years more than any others has shown us
that to have the time and money to spend it needed to be
coming from another source other than working in a J.O.B.

We have found taking quality time out with family and friends is
one of the most important aspects to Our Path to Prosperity. It
gives you time to relax and de-stress which has a positive impact
on your health, spirituality and creativity. We have come up with
many good ideas for our various streams of income just by taking
time out.

Do you experience the same feelings and thoughts? Wanting to
change your direction of life? Then you are not alone.

Hope on board and share your life to prosperity with Our Path
to Prosperity. Tell us your life changing moment on how to have
time and money on your hands!!

Until next time - Keep Smiling and having fun
