A New Month, A New Idea…..

If You Had A Chance To Write A Book, What would you write about?

For a very long time I have had a passion inside that I would love to write a book. I was only telling David, my hubby the other night that I would LOVE to write a book. I have always wanted to write one since I was a young girl.

I am not sure what the book will be about, not sure why I want to write it but I have a feeling deep inside that a book is a great way to communicate with the whole world about my thoughts/my ideas and my journey in life.

Have you ever wanted to write a book?
If so what would you write about?

I have two thoughts for a chapter of a book that I have been playing around with today.

Here is one thought - “You can have your cake and eat it too”

Another thought - “Visualization Will Achieve Results”

What would you like to read about? The first topic which is based on balance in life, or the second topic - using images in and around your life to ask the law of attraction to work - ask and you shall receive concept?

Let me know your thoughts because I am getting really fired up about writing a book :)

New Beginnings

New Beginnings….

In life we are always given opportunities to start with New Beginnings. Does that mean start over again or just starting a fresh?

Well that is food for thought….Do you want New Beginnings to improving your life or are you just wanting to run away from the life you have to making sure you have a new life?

Recently David and I (Lisa Wood) have been on a huge soul searching journey, with business plans, and making sure that we have goals to work towards.

We have been so very blessed in our life to meet so many wonderful people along the way. Every day brings us closer and closer to David goal of quitting his J.O.B by September 30th (this Year) and living the life of our dreams.

Have we sacrificed along our path to prosperity? Sure have…we no longer watch T.V, go to the movies or even sleep very much but we know with our burning passion that we will reach our goal and have New Beginnings.

Just yesterday I attend another Conference in the Gold Coast for a new product launch that our wonderful new friends Annie and Tony Ey has introduced us to. Will this product benefit our family? Sure will, and has already started to with by using the Health Drink that is jammed backed full of Mangosteen fruit.

Did you know that in this Health Juice they use the Mangosteen, the whole Mangosteen, the out layer, the inside, the pulp….there is no wasted fruit with this Juice. I meet Beverly Hollister, Senior Vice President of the company and who is over from America with the promoting of the new product that is Nutrition for the face. I meet Melody, another remarkable lady who has helped build her husband business go further with this New Nutrition Face Product. And Ryan Anderson country manager Australia New Zealand Philippines, and Cliff and Anne Pamment who was the host for the event.

Annie and Tony Ty was amazingly introducing me to so many highly successful people in the room that remembering all there names will be a challenge for me, especially when I have trouble remembering my own boys names:) but in New Beginnings the universe provides all that you ask for and I have been visualizing connecting with more like minded people and once again the universe has come forward.

One name I will never forget is Annie “J” Jesaulenko….the first to bring the Health Juice to Australia.
This women is one in a million. How do I know? Because not only did she take time out of the event to sit and have a snack with a small group of us, but she personally shared her toasted Cheese and tomato sandwich with me!!!! Then she listened to a newbie (me) to the company have her 2 cents worth about how websites and blogs work:) So Thanks To Annie J for sharing and letting me learn more.

New Beginnings are just starting with our family, and will continue for some time with knowing such amazing people.

Caring people, loving people, and people that YES make more zeros than I could ever imagine but showing that just because they are making it big they do have the time for every one of us that is “special” in our own right.

Truly Blessed To Meet Annie and Tony Ey, Annie J, Beverly, Melody, Ryan and so many other wonderful people on our New Beginnings.

Very Grateful to life.

The Year Of The Affiliate

The Year Of The Affiliate

Recently David and I attended a conference in Brisbane where we learnt about “The Year Of The Affiliate” by Sean Rasmussen.

Well as you all know My husband David and I had a contest between us to see who could make the most sales out of promoting the book with our blogs:) and David won!!

Considering that was David’s first time he has ever written a blog I was amazed and proud of him. Normally David will not write a note let alone a whole blog.

Well David and I have been going over the book with a fine tooth comb and reading and reading about how and what steps are needed to be in place for “The Year of The Affiliate” to work effectively.

I understood most of the easy step by step system that was needed to be put into place, and the parts I did not get David soon talked me through them.

Writing Out A Business Plan

For some time now David Wood and I (Lisa Wood) have been meaning to write out a business plan.

We learnt from Andrew and Daryl Grant “The Grants Internet Workshop” way back in April how to write a detailed business plan that would help us to move our lives forward in the direction we are after.

Of course like all good things, we kept saying “We must write out our Business Plan to know where we are heading, and how we want to get there.

Well days turned into weeks and before we know it we still had not written out any plan, let alone a business plan that was keeping us focused and on track.

So being the supporting wife that I am:)…..and with David’s new goal of giving up work by September 30th 2009 I put my foot down and said today was the day.

We have a favorite cafe that as a family we visit every now and then….Hogs Breath Cafe in Morayfield so that’s where we headed to for lunch.

David has half days at work on Friday, and spends some of those times with mates from work to play golf but I would not let him go today!!! I even had Shaun Stenning booking our Trading Time session with me today (for over the phone 20 minutes) and I was extra strong and had to re-book for another time. Which David thought I was nuts about.

But I was determined that we would be getting our Business Plan down in writing today so that I could type it up and place on our walls near our computer desk so that as a couple and as individual we could focus 110% on what we needed to do for the next 4 months up to six months.

It has helped both of us to see what our Strengths are and what our Weakness are, or should I say where our Strengths lie and where we fall short with weak spots. Actually we must be well suited because what he can not do well on the computer, I am able to achieve. And what I am not able to do, like the technical side of the computer, of course David can do:)

Sorry sent to David’s work mates for no game of golf today….but you guys do have next week!!!

But we are double excited as now we are have a business plan to work with and stick to!
